CEMONT competition announcement between October 10, 2023 and November 15, 2023 - Scientific Research Assistant in Animal Husbandry 3/4 norm

Under Law no. 319/2003, regarding the Statute of research and development personnel, the National Institute of Economic Research “Costin C. Kiriţescu”, organizes, during the period 10.10.2023 – 15.11.2023, at the headquarters of the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center in Vatra Dornei, str. Petreni no. 49, Suceava county, competition for the following positions:

Scientific Research Assistant, 1 post, 3/4 time, (research assistant in animal husbandry COR 213255)

The competition consists of the following stages:

a) the selection of registration files will take place on 09.11.2023, from 09:00 to 17:00;
b) the written test will take place on 13.11.2023, at 10:00 a.m.
c) the oral test/interview will take place on 15.11.2023, at 15:00
d) the display of the final results will take place on 15.11.2023, at 16:00

Candidates will submit a competition file upon registration that will contain the following documents:

application for registration to the competition addressed to the head of the institution;
declaration regarding the presented scientific works;
identity document (original and copy) or any other document certifying identity, according to the law;
certified copies of documents certifying the level of studies and scientific degrees, documents certifying completion of specializations, copies of documents certifying the fulfillment of specific conditions (as applicable);
legalized copy of the work book or copy extracted from the General Register of Employees, to prove seniority;
certified copy of the doctorate degree in the branch of science corresponding to the position as well as other scientific or academic degrees or titles;
list of published works, relevant to the position for which he is applying;
curriculum vitae in Europass format in Romanian;
criminal record or a declaration on his own responsibility that he has no criminal record, with the obligation to complete the competition file with the original criminal record, at the latest by the date of the first test of the competition;
medical certificate attesting to the appropriate state of health issued no more than 6 months before the competition by the candidate’s family doctor or by the authorized health units;
other relevant documents for the competition.

Specific conditions for contest registration:

University graduate with a bachelor’s degree, in the job profile;
General grade point average of at least 7, calculated as the average between the general grade point average over the years of study and the graduation grade from the undergraduate exam;
Participation in at least one scientific event with communications;
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the mountain area;
The competition consists of a written test and an interview.

The person who meets the following general conditions can participate in the contest:

knows

has Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or of states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania;
knows Romanian language, written and spoken;
has the minimum age regulated by legal provisions;
has full exercise capacity;
has a state of health corresponding to the position for which he is applying, attested on the basis of the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or the authorized health units;
meets the conditions of studies and, as the case may be, of seniority or other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;
has not been definitively convicted for committing a crime against humanity, against the state or against the authority, in the service or in connection with the service, which prevents the administration of justice, forgeries of acts of corruption or a crime committed with intent, which would make it incompatible with the exercise of the function, except for the situation in which rehabilitation intervened.

Calendar of the competition for the position of Scientific Researcher

10.10.2023 – 08.11.2023 4:00 p.m. – the period for submitting files for registering candidates for the competition, at the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center headquarters in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county;

09.11.2023, until 5:00 p.m. – the selection of files and the display of the list with the result of the selection of registration files, at the headquarters of the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center in Vatra Dornei, str. Petreni no. 49, Suceava county;

10.11.2023, until 12:00 – submission of any appeals regarding the results of the file selection, at the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center headquarters in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county;

10.11.2023, 5:00 p.m. – resolution of appeals and display of the list with the final result of the selection of enrollment files, at the headquarters of the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center in Vatra Dornei, str. Petreni no. 49, Suceava county;

13.11.2023, 10:00 a.m. – taking the written test at the headquarters of the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county;

13.11.2023, 5:00 p.m. – the display of the results regarding the written test, at the CE-MONT Center for the Mountain Economy in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county;

14.11.2023, until 12:00 p.m. – submission of any objections regarding the support of the written test, at the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center headquarters in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county;

14.11.2023, until 5:00 p.m. – resolution of any objections regarding the taking of the written test, at the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center headquarters in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county.

15.11.2023, 10:00 a.m. – taking the oral test/interview at the headquarters of the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center in Vatra Dornei, str. Petreni no. 49, Suceava county;

15.11.2023, 4:00 p.m. – display at the CE-MONT Mountain Economy Center headquarters in Vatra Dornei, Petreni str. no. 49, Suceava county of the final results of the contest.
